SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We strive to process and deliver all orders as efficiently as possible. However, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier disruptions, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unforeseen shipping delays.

Please note that estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on destination and shipping conditions.

For international orders, customers may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country’s regulations.

Our fulfillment network may include multiple warehouse locations depending on product availability and destination, helping us improve shipping efficiency and delivery times.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days before shipment.

For in-stock items, orders may be prepared for shipment on the same business day or the following business day.

Estimated shipping times:

Standard Shipping: approximately 10–20 business days
Express Shipping: approximately 5–8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier operations.

Shipping estimates do not include processing time.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, modifications or cancellations may no longer be available. In such cases, customers may contact our support team after delivery for further assistance regarding available options.

ORDER & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After placing an order, customers will receive an order confirmation email containing purchase details, shipping information, and the delivery address provided during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent, including tracking details when available, shipment information, and carrier updates to help monitor delivery progress.

CUSTOMER PURCHASES

Our products are intended primarily for personal use by individual customers.

We reserve the right to limit, decline, or cancel orders in cases involving unusual purchasing activity, suspected misuse, inaccurate information, or circumstances that may interfere with normal order fulfillment. If an order cannot be processed, customers will be notified and any eligible payment will be refunded accordingly.
